Many of my digital pics are of the view from our house. My digital camera is always nearby and I seem to keep adding to the over 6,000 pics already stored in my computer. I seem to always gather the extreme pics, too. That is, when the river water is inching its way up the backyard toward the house, I'm there snapping away; or when the snow/winds are at their peak.
Today I thought I'd start with of our view throughout the seasons.

These pics show the river creeping up our backyard -- these pics were taken months apart but Mother Nature is relentless no matter what season it is!

Here's how we look during a blizzard. We do go through a LOT of flags -- the wind just shreds them. So it's like I described in my Profile: When it is nice, it's gorgeous, but when it's nasty...well, you can see for yourself!!!
I will be posting lots more pics as time goes on. I am still learning how. But I am having a great time doing it !!

Your river is very pretty! I'll have to share a few pictures of our view off the back porch, all the coastal mountains! I also looked into your Art pals, and i have to say it must be very fullfilling creating art like that for such special kids! Its great that you're a part of such a cool organization.
Wait till you see my upcoming post on the "Storm of the Century" in Dec 1992!! You wouldn't say it was so nice then...we got wiped out.
Yes, definitely show your view -- I'd love to see it. I've heard that your neck of the woods is beautiful! Take care! CJ
