As I said in my "Blog Launch" of yesterday, I am planning to post some of my photographic accomplishments (i.e. pics from my digital camera -- there are over 6,000 and I keep taking more!).
I thought I would call this post "Pup Stars" because that is what our girls are. See what you think:

Cissie, the American Eskimo/Poodle mix (age 10) is on the left, and Bitsy, the Yorkie-Poo (age 8) is on the right. These 2 girls are like our children. We used to have 3 but unfortunately, Sushi, who was our middle "child" got very sick a few years ago and passed away. Sushi was the same breed as Cissie and a year younger. But Sushi had a weight/thyroid problem from puppyhood, and at age 6 she developed some kind of problem with her liver. This dog LOVED her food (she was 43 pounds!!); food was the highlight of her life. I guess her being the middle child may have had something to do with her overeating...who knows? Here's my memorial pic of Sushi, which was published in our local S.P.C.A. newsletter (we support them with lots of donations).
Sushi was a great and fun puppy. She liked to play with her "sister" Cissie:
Cissie on left, Sushi on right; they just came out from under our deck and we live on the river! You can just imagine how much fun it was to clean them up! So...now you have met our "Pup Stars" !! Gotta love 'em -- we do. CJ

Hi CJ- I'm excited to see you've joined the blogging world! Welcome!
Thanks, Sarah. Of course, I am going crazy trying to set this thing up! I must be insane for taking on yet another project. I thought this would be easy...wrong! Guess I'm just poking around in the dark here...
